-j     no joystick (keyboard only)
-s     no sound
-p     use 2D/3D card only - ignore separate 3D card
-w     run in a window
-x320  reject resolutions with less than 320 columns
-y200  reject resolutions with less than 200 columns
-b16   reject resolutions with less than  16 bits
